I added these Vitamin B supplement to my routine to try and boost my energy in the afternoon. I take them with my lunch each day. The pill is a gel capsules so it is easy to swallow despite being a medium-large size pill. The capsule is yellow and it turned my urine bright, neon yellow. The first day it surprised me and it took me a second to realize what it was. It seems to have leveled out a little though. I like that this is a complete B vitamin and is made in the USA. It seems to be working as I am able to skip my afternoon coffee and I'm still on my game with school pick-ups and after school activities.
