I process my own venison and use a lem #12 meat grinder. The biggest problem with it is the meat pusher that comes with it is way to small in diameter and when you are doing the 2nd grind it pushes as much meat right back out as it pushes going in. This pusher fits the opening perfectly and speeds up this process a lot. It will not fit the #8 but if you own the #12 grinder you want this!

A dog found the original. This was the replacement, and it works fine. The mold leaves a small hole on the handle end, and water does get to the inside when in the dishwasher.
