This does provide a total coverage, making your face all one color. I do have circles under my eyes and this covered it up. I would recommend that you exfoliate and moisturize your skin for best results. Also, this stuff will last all day and can be a challenge to take off. Last, but not least, you do not need a lot of this product on your face, unless I guess you have some scarring. I used about a q-tip amount on my whole face, but I think it helps that I always moisturize at night.

I've been using this foundation for about a month now and overall I'm very pleased with it. You can tell this is an authentic product by the look of the packaging, the light smell, and the feel of the product itself. The fake is runny, sticky and smells chocolaty whereas this one is thick (almost like a whipped texture) and smells a little like sunscreen. When I say this stuff is THICK I mean it. A little goes a long way and it's really easy to over do and look heavy. For me, I've found that the best way to apply this foundation is to apply it as thin as possible with a damp sponge, spot conceal as needed, then let sit and sink into your skin before setting with a powder. I also like to use this foundation as a mixer with other products like BB cream on days that I want to go light on the makeup.
I'm mostly happy with this foundation and will continue to buy it but there are some cons. I have dry skin and if I don't use a moisturizing primer beforehand it makes my skin look even dryer once it sets. It also creases pretty bad my forehead and around my lips but I do have deeper lines there so I don't totally blame the product for that. Another downside for me is that it oxidizes like crazy!! I first purchased 207 which is light with slightly yellow undertones. It looks perfect on me at first but dries at least 1 shade darker within a few minutes. I have to mix this one with a lighter concealer and use a light powder for it to work on me. I just bought 208 which makes me look ghostly at first but then oxidizes to the perfect shade and matches my neck well. 208 is pretty neutral/cool toned but I have yellow undertones so I have to apply product over it to look natural on me. It's still better than 207 though which didn't match my neck at all.
I would recommend this product to a friend with the advise that they should buy 1 shade lighter than they think they'll need, and to use a primer that works best for their skin type. This stuff goes on dewy so if you have oily skin use a mattifying primer and if you have dry skin like me, use a moisturizing one.
I hope this review helps someone out there- this really is an amazing product and covers up all my imperfections like acne, redness, and scarring.

Im a loyal user if Clinique and Estee Lauder foundations...Love them! This was a bit dry for my skin but mixed with my daily moisurizer its perfect.There is no need for a concealer. It makes my face look flawless; if you are all about a matte look..If you like a more luminating or natural look this isnt for you.I love it and a very small amount goes a long way. I did get a shade too light but I covered with a darker loose powder and it was perfect. You just need to play with different things to get it perfected. I love it and will order a darker shade next time and I will also try their powder..

I was skeptical ... but once I got this and used it the first time ... well I'm a believer now ... this is really great foundation ... I didn't purchase to cover any scars or anything like ... other foundations made under my eyes look worse ... this stuff makes them look fresh and new. It's very light on the face ... not heavy like some. I am more than pleased and will be purchasing more ! ! !
