Gave this to a friend for Christmas who has bad arthritis especially in her shoulders. I checked it out first as I was worried it might be too heavy for her on her shoulders. It's not heavy at all and is actually very relaxing. She loves it and said it helps her a lot especially with the heat and the car charger because she has the worst problems with her shoulders on long car trips. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought this massager after using a similar one at my friend's place. I must admit that it is a great device. I use it regularly on evenings to massage my tired body, mainly neck, shoulders, lower back and thighs. I also do intense basketball training 3 times a week, and this massager does wonders to help me get relief from the muscle pain in my thighs. Overall, I love this device but wish it could also be used to massage lower legs, calf in particular.

I just received this last night and my fiancé and I were fighting over it. I might be able to go a little longer between visits to my massage guy and save some money with this. It has option of heat or no heat. The rollers can be positioned many different ways. My whole right side is affected by a bad horseback riding accident and I'm in pain, stiffness or soreness in varying degrees everyday. It's nice to be able to have a method for loosening the tightness. I notice a difference after I use it. I'm hoping, with yoga, massages, chiropractor, the posture pro and this neck massager, the blood will start to flow a little easier into the stiffness and healing will begin. At the very least, it will offer some relief, and it feels amazing while using.
