The quality of the product is great and the flavor is spot on. It's nice to have on hand to add some extra flavor to smoothies or drinks, or sprinkle on top of yogurt.
I have purchased other freeze dried strawberries and the color was still very pink. I needed this for a cake, but it turned the frosting brown instead of pink and look un appetizing. (do a test run for color first, even though I knew it would not be pink once I opened it).
I am not disappointed in the product quality or flavor, just be aware that it is not pink in color in case you were hoping it was like I did.
I store this in my freezer tightly wrapped. I find that it keeps it from becoming a hard mass over time in the pantry.

it's kinda of wet and oily so using for macarons is a little tricky. plus if you try to dry it out in the oven it turns brown and doesn't really taste like strawberry
