I love everything about this bag. Except be mindful when on a plane or sitting down it can be slid down to your side and the top compartment be accessed from behind you. I got robbed while on a plane and I fell asleep the thief was able to get the bag down to my left side and get into the main zippered compartment. Hopefully a future version would have securable zippers (locks, etc).

This is a nice bag, super slim and light so it's very easy to throw my keys and phone into it and get out the door. It's slim enough that it's totally fine under a jacket. Also perfect for when I want to go out for a quick bike ride - I wear on my back it doesn't slip around. The only issue (relatively minor) is that even at its shortest length the strap is a bit too long so the bag sags. There are probably ways to shorten this, but too much effort for not enough payoff. Otherwise I'm enjoying the bag, my go-to quick trip option.
