Water dripping system

Love this automatic water drip. It's perfect when we go out or town for long period of time. It's the perfect alternative in rather asking someone to come over to water plants. Installation is super easy and it's up and running within minutes.
Revised Review, unit works, poor customer support

I have finally contacted Stoh for customer support. They fixed my problem with their product. it is now working. So I am revising my
previous review: "Unit does not work, does Stoh have a customer support line? I do not see one in the paperwork for the product.".
The unit does work when it is programmed properly. So I will increase my star rating.
I do have two problems:
1 When you program it after just a few seconds (they say 5) all the lights go out and there is little indication that it is working until it waters on the next cycle. Since we water every other day the only way I know it's working is to mark the reservoir and check it after a few days and see if the water level has gone down. This is not great if trying to set it up just before leaving on vacation.
2 There was no information what so ever on the instructions on how to contact the company for customer support. No email address, no chat reference (they say they have it), no telephone number (they do not have one because they are in China), no mailing address, they do not even have the company name on the document.
I had to work my way back through Amazon to eventually contact them. When i did it was one of those internet email things with no indication when if ever you would hear back.
Maybe 4 stars is too high.

This little gadget makes my home much prettier I've tried for years to have indoor plants but I either don't water enough or water way to much I'm amazed how well this works it's awesome and it's able to be set for more then one plant I have only used for one tho and you can use 4 batteries or USB to power it I wish I had found this years ago I absolutely love it

DIY micro automatic drip irrigation kit is really good item for my plant, I really love it, easy step up and it is save my time when it automatic drip, i don't have to think about if the plant need water, the Micro automatic drip will do the things which is great, another thing is make my plant become more beautiful, I so happy I made this order.

Without an automated system, I kill everything I try to grow. The set up of this automatic dripper system was really easy and quick. I took a lot longer getting my pots ready then setting up the drip system. I like that it is programmable. It is also handy that it runs on either battery power or plug in so I can actually use this in the pots I have under my covered porch. A really good and affordable system all around.
