The product is soft, but the light-colored fur was damaged in the packaging. I purchased this from the Amazon Warehouse, so it didn't come directly from the company. I was able to make it acceptable by wetting it and combing with my dog's brush. I got lots of compliments on it. It was perfect for a freezing cold outdoor wedding.

This came in and I felt sick because I thought they had sent the wrong thing. After a while, it occurred to me to toss it in the dryer on no heat for a few minutes and when it came out it looked ENTIRELY different! It looked WAY more like what was advertised after it had been tossed and fluffed. It's very soft and looks exquisite, however, I really wish it had some type of place to put your hands, or some type of closure/button or something rather than you just having to hold it around you like a shawl. Very large other than that though, it was nice for the price.
