Researched this extensively for my wife's commercial kitchen. So far, 2 months in, it's been fantastic. No problems whatsoever. It is HEAVY! 2 person job to get it to counter height. Some assembly required but not a big deal with supplied tools. Well balanced, doesn't move on the counter. It is Chinese but for the price of a comparable Hobart, you could buy 3 of these.
Have help for unceasing. Very secure.

Bought this for my wife and she is very pleased with how sturdy it is. It came crated very well and secured. Took a long time to uncrate it. Haven't officially broke it in yet but ran it for a while just to see how loud it is and if it's going to work well. It will definitely work well and it is a lot quieter than we were expecting.

Item came damaged and doesn't work. Box came open and item broken in the box. I am so disappointed. Do not wast your time and money to by this product. After waiting days to get this mixer to do my cakes and was so happy to get home to use it, then to be disappointed with a damaged item that not even power on. I was so upset and disappointed all at once.
Update: after contacting the seller they gave me a full refund and i didn't have to return the damaged mixer. Although I was unhappy that I was still without a working mixer I was very pleased with their customer service experience. They work really hard to get the matter resolved in a timely manner and I really appreciate that as a customer.
