This product has nice individual bags with no strings and no metal staples which I like and, the paper tea bag does not give the tea an off flavor after steeping. I appreciate the high quality of the product and that it is organic. The flavor is very mild compared to the Traditional Medicinals brand. Perhaps the root has been roasted less.? f you want a stronger flavor of roasted dandelion root, this is not the brand. Personally, I prefer a stronger roast like you get with the Traditional Medicinals brand. I likely will not purchase again.

In the beginning of 2023 I started having the worst menstrual cramps. They were so painful that I had to call out of work several times and I couldn't eat or drink anything without getting severe stomach cramps followed by vomiting.
I read somewhere that raspberry leaf tea helps. You're supposed to start drinking the tea a few days leading up to your period and then continue for the first 2 or 3 days.
It worked! I steep 4-5 bags in a 32 ounce mason jar (1 tea bag per 8 ounces) and just drink that throughout the day. I also make sure to drink plenty of water. Its been 2 months and I haven't had to call out from work, I can actually eat, drink and walk around like normal. Something I will NEVER take for granted.
