I bought these for my med- large dog. He gets super nervous when we cut his nails, he had had an injury that ended up in a toe being removed. So needless to say he isn't a fan of anyone touching this paws. These clippers are great, the best part is the safety feature, which is one of the main reasons i wanted to try these. I had a friend recommend them to me. So far so good!

I got my first puppy back in July... a fiest mix. His nails grow so fast! I would pay $15 for someone to clip it for him each time so I knew I had to learn how to clip them by myself. Heavy duty, Sharp, and I especially like the fact that when properly used they will not allow you to cut so far back on the nail tip that you cause pain to the dog. Our dog is not a fan of the nail clipping process at all so I am always a bit nervous to attempt this process. The first time I used these she and I got along great.
