good Lord, this didn't do a thing to help with the snoring, I could have tied a rope around my head with the same result. and it's so cheaply made. It went back immediately. I have learned that all these stop snoring products are hype, you either need to bite the bullet and go on a CPAP device or get the surgery. don't waste your time on this.

The size is large for me. I am six foot and 200 lbs. I have to put it at the smallest adjustment possible, and still need it tighter to be effective. Needs more adjustment or smaller size available. Also I do not like the smell. The smell does not go away with use, and even after I take it off I still smell like old rubber.

This was excessively large. I bought 2 for me & my husband. My head is very average for a 5'6" woman and my husband has an unusually large head. This item was so huge, neither of us could get it snug on our heads, as we ran out of velcro closure in both places. Had we been able to fit it to our heads, our ears would not be in the ear holes as shown, but covered in the neoprene. I really looked forward to getting these and using them due to the wonderful reviews, but they are not what I expected at all. Very disappointed. Sent them back.

Unfortunately, my wife said this product did not decrease my snoring at all. In fact, I'm getting more used to the sofa. On the plus side, the smell went away after a day and I was able to sleep the whole night with it on after only the second night. Seems durable enough which is the reason for the second star.
I had high hopes for this product!!
