Actually I liked the regulator quite well. It was easy to mount and it comes with a number of fittings. We had to buy additional to fit our vehicle, but I would cal that normal. It is easy to adjust. Would use a check valve on the return line. It is similar to most regulators and you can find instructions online. Or you can have a brother who is a master mechanic.

The Osias 6AN fuel pressure regulator was surprisingly close to the design of the Aer0m0*** design of a much higher price. Like a lot of others are saying about changing out the diaphragm (Part # 13001 rebuild kit), I have not needed to do that yet. I did however, have to loosen and retorque every screw and fitting on the regulator because they were all loose. A minor issue if you ask me. I did drill the inside orifice of the regulator to a larger size (.278") to help it regulate a higher flow fuel pump (my fuel pump is 400lph). As others have said, the fittings are not true 6AN inner diameter size. If you aren't pushing the limits of your fuel system, you will be fine. They seal just fine. If you are taxing the fuel system, you should upgrade the fittings to the true size. The straight fittings can be drilled out to the proper size, but the angled and curved fittings should be replaced with the proper inner diameter from a more expensive manufacturer. All in all, I saved probably $120 going this route and it has been running a 400hp boost referenced 58psi consistently for about 2 months now.
