This works perfectly for bagels and doughnuts. Non-stick so everything is super easy to remove. Also tried the recipe that came with it and the whole family loved them!
Mini donuts need more height =/

These are a thick-quality silicone, and appear very durable. I got them fairly quick (the day after, with prime), and the spatula is heavy duty, as well. the donuts came out beautiful, but I have to get more practice with how much I fill up the molds. the larger donuts are easier to get out, it seems. For the price and quality, I think it's great. The mini donuts are very small though--I think they could be a little deeper, IMHO. The minis I made were really shallow, and didn't give them enough height. That's the only star minus, but, overall, I'm content with the purchase. You really should let them cool before popping them out, though, it'll keep your donuts more intact. I got a little impatient and wanted them warm, and 98% of the donut came out, not bad! Green tea donuts with a white chocolate frosting--yum!

So much easier to work with than a traditional metal pan. I also really appreciated the addition of pastry bags and a spatula to the order. I had everything I needed in one package. Really appreciated the ease and would definitely purchase more products from this thoughtful company.

My first silicone baking pans and I'm very pleased with the product and the support I received when the pdf I was emailed didn't open on my Mac.
The pans are thick and pure silicone with no fillers. They come with disposable piping bags to make it easy to fill the pans, and a silicone spatula (always a useful item although I have several already). The recipe and baker's hints that were in the pdf were very helpful and a nice plus.
The donuts came out easily and cleanly (as long as you let them cool enough before trying). Clean-up was no more trouble than any other baking pan (I hand wash so your milage may vary) and easier than the glass baking dish that I make 8 X 8 cakes in.
I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone looking for donut pans.
