Sharp but too short to cut long potatoes.

Sharp, works fine to cut potato in wave shape. However, it's not long enough, too narrow/short, so one cut cannot cut a long potato piece off. This can only work for small potatoes, not big ones, then can't use this to make French fries.

Love these for cutting veggies up for my kiddos. Homemade crinkle cut french fries or sweet potato fries have become a favorite use for these. Can't wait to use them on other garden fresh veggies this summer. Fast and easy to use. Kids can even do it. By the third use on sweet potatoes, one of them unsnapped. I was easily able to repair just by aligning and snapping back together. I don't believe that is worth knocking it overall, but worth noting.
