Broken pieces/ features don't work

I am a DJ/KJ, and i got this to use at wedding ceremonies (where sometimes there is no power), so i could set my wired equipment up at the reception. I liked the design and options, and the price; you get what you pay for! I opened the box, pulled the speaker straight out, and one of the microphone holders was directly under the speaker. Needless to say it was broken! Hooked right up via Bluetooth, playing Amazon music. Sound quality is good, except for a high hissing coming from horn tweeter that will not go away. I tried to turn the led's on, but they don't work. It's not that important; I have Chauvet lights, it's just the fact that they say it comes with something, and that something doesn't work! I went to the return broken/ missing section, and it says item not available for returns.

I purchased this to support our high school aged show choir. Many times they have performances that need recorded tracks and one or two soloists. One Microphone totally craps out and is distorted. The second mic is fine. Also, one of the mic holders was broken in transit. The speaker has plenty of power and would be a treasure, except for that one mic's poor bluetooth connectivity. I did not return it because it came packed very well with a number of boxes, which my wife all to inconveniently put out in the trash the same day that the speaker arrived. I had not even had a chance to try it. With the second"‹ of the two mic's pretty much nonfunctional, this purchase was a bust for our high school aged show choir.

It is the worst piece of junk. First the remote control didn't. come. Both the Microhones don't work. The mode button does not work. The volume is so low that I think the RMS wattage is 100. The lights don't work. More than that, when you start singing, the music track stops and goes in and out. Thank goodness for Amazon. They refunded my money with apology. Save your money. The site says it weighs 20 Lbs. This piece of crap weighs around 60 lbs. I searched the entire web. No instruction manual available. Cant connect a cordless mic. OMG. Its a night mare.

We got this for Christmas as a family gift, Our kids love to sing. I was very impressed by this speaker so far. The Bluetooth feature worked right away and we have been running Pandora through it like any other Bluetooth speaker. We only have to put the volume at 20% for inside the house, that said, it is very loud. Both high and low end sounds comes out great...it is a serious speaker. Battery-life you ask, I ran it four 4 hours at the 20% indoor level (which is loud but not hurting the ears) and it was still going. So I decided to just charge it back up. It came fully charged with what I could see. When I charge it, the charge light only stays lit for a couple of minutes, even after the four hour play I did. So I can't gauge the battery life. The mics seem to work fine and their response is far superior to the small karaoke machines you find at the big box stores. I do like that this unit has two wireless mics and each mic has a different color LED that corresponds to the individual volume control. As far as the lights go, they work fine, they react to beat or loud notes. So, far so good, we have yet to take it out in the yard and crank it up and wake the neighbors.

First one of the Mic Hangers arrive Broken, No Mics Batteries and also has to add some paper in the back inside for battery to make contact and mics works ( we recommend to acquire rechargeable 9V batteries the mics consume a lot), Front LED Light does not work and no matter if push button is on or off, Mode button to switch from USB to Bluetooth or FM works randomly, Remote control is tiny and you have to be exactly in front of the unit to use it. and finally, the Bluetooth streaming get interrupted frequently even the speaker is just five feet from the TV.
We keep it because we were more interested in Mic For the holiday's Karaoke, Actually we use tv speaker for music and this just for the microphones. Save yor money and don't buy this product to anyone.
