I found these awkward to use. Very slippery, hard to handle shape. Also, I gave up on the large sock I tried, as it was turning out WAY to large using sock yarn, even though I tend to loom on the tight side.

Absolutely love these looms! I have carpal tunnel and arthritis, so I had difficulty dealing with their heavy wood sock loom. Also found the adjustable side of that one to be awkward and unmanageable for a regular womans sock size. The shape is ideal for a kitchener cast on and it is very light and easy to hold. Pegs have a nice give to them without feeling cheap or worrying about breakage. I'm a tight knitter and the flex does help. Pegs are a bit grippy with the yarn I'm using, but I am getting used to that. Use the tool provided, not the ergonomic handle one. You need the sharper point for these small pegs.
