This works great. It feels thicker than some others I've used It also hasn't had the problem that I've had with some other brands of the coating flaking off as it's handled. The fact that the two halves are connected is interesting. I think it does provide more shade and works well in my car. I have a VW Jetta and it fits perfectly.

Nice shade, folds into a compact bundle that is easy to open and close, and is small enough when folded to be easily stored. I would note that I ordered a large as recommended in the size chart for my car, but it was too big, so I ordered the medium which is perfect. If you have a Civic, Elantra, Corolla or similar midsize sedan, get the medium.

I got this for my '17 Volvo S60. It unfolds quickly and it's actually not too hard to fold it back up and put it in its case. For my car it covers 99.9% of the windshield. There are some gaps here and there but not enough to take away a star and it does keep the vehicle's interior shaded well. The center between the 2 circles sags but not enough to collapse itself as I rotate the cars shades forward to help hold it in place. If you have a S60 it will work, but it's not perfectly made for it. The steering wheel cover is a bonus but not necessary. The back of the cover hangs over the top of the steering wheel and it then just rests on the front of the steering wheel.

I would give this a 4.5 if that were an option. 1. Don't pay attention to the sizing chart. It's wrong. Measure your window. I have a Taos (52"x27" or so). It says to get a large. Would be way too big. Medium is on the large end for my car, but will work with full coverage. 2. Why do companies make bags for their products that are so darn hard to get the product back into? Please make the bag opening bigger. 3. Appears like it is going to give great sun protection. 4. Easy enough to fold, but doesn't stay together. Hopefully the elastic bands will last as the bag will be too much of a hassle to use.
