Great for cups! I use my sublimation mostly for tumblers. At first I got the Kola brand paper because Ive used their products before. I was not having good results AT ALL so I switched to A SUB. If you're torn between this and Kola or maybe another brand I recommend saving some time and paying the extra couple of dollars for A SUB

I've tried a couple other "big brands" of sublimation paper and by far, this is our favorite. It sublimates nicely and depending on your ink, very colorful. I sublimate tumblers and this is the only paper that we can let overhang from the bottom and paper doesn't warp or crinkle, which give us the really nice blended look from ink to tumbler on the bottom. Have not had any issues with ghosting after hundreds of prints.
