I was unable to figure out how to get a replacement for the Home Depot Hampton Bay portico cover until a friend suggested the Trade Winds cover. I believe the company is based in Texas, so I liked that feature, too.
My son helped to instal it during the halftime break of the TX Tech game. It's that easy.
It also comes with a QR code that you can adhere to the portico itself. You'll need this in 4-5 years when's it's time to replace.

It's not a 15 minute job as you have to dissemble your current pergola shade, but once you get everything down, its pretty easy. My only issue is with the magnet - it doesn't stay like the original shade and I have to constantly pull it closed, if I want shade. Lighter and a little thinner than the original but it's worth the investment if you don't want to replace the entire pergola.
