I've been wanting to make authentic Chicago Hotdogs for years. I finally decided to accumulate the necessary ingredients to accomplish that. I ordered this relish along with some sport peppers from Amazon. I have made the hotdogs numerous times and served them to several people who grew up eating them in Chicago.
