My son is always begging to bring our dog everywhere we go. But, she doesnt always like to walk for as long as we are out. This is the perfect solution! When she gets tired of walking, or when we just want some extra bonding time, she can hop right into the carrier.
Our dog is roughly 8 pounds and fits comfortably in the small carrier. I think any larger and you would need to size up.

We like this carrier for walking around. We initially bought it for bike rides. She would make her way out of it. Too dangerous. Coco was only about 3 months 3.5lbs at the time. We shouldn't have used this for biking, Coco was too small, to young, and too scared. But works for shopping as long as she is not hyper before putting her in it.

The best and most comfortable pet carrier I have ever had ( and that's a lot) for both me and my senior dog, a chihuahua. Allows us to go everywhere together comfortably. I like the product but my 13 pound cat could not fit. My 10 pound dog did fine but I needed this for my cat. I would suggest the company list suggested weight size for this product and also add a larger size model.
