We had Israeli couscous in one of our meal delivery kits recently, and after that, I immediately looked for something similar because I enjoyed eating the Israeli couscous so much. I saw this 365 pearled couscous mix by Whole Foods, as well as other brands, but I decided to give this a try since I am able to get it more quickly through Amazon Fresh delivery. Cooking it was easy and it has good flavor, although we did use some garlic herb butter. I ordered several more since my first order. :)
