This is a solid pasta sauce and it is not too sweet like some other sauces that add a lot of sugar. My only complaint is that it is not as creamy as I would expect for a "creamy" vodka pasta sauce. I will order it again.

Tomato and basil are a classic combination for good reasons.The acidity of the Tomato and the sweet, slightly spiced taste of basil are great together. I add a few additional fresh herbs as this is an excellent base for any pasta dish, soup even an herb forward meatloaf.
