Wonderful flavor bomb

First off, I divided this jar into thirds and froze the other two. It's just two of us and I don't make an enormous amount of pasta at one time.
While it is very salty if you're tasting it out of the jar, it loses that salty taste once it's on the pasta and blended in.
I took a couple ladles of pasta water and incorporated it into the pesto before putting it on the pasta. I've found that it mixes much easier to coat every noodle when it's thinned out a bit.
It's a really great flavor and I will purchases again when needed.
