Sturdy and Great to Make a Quick Connect/Disconnect for Power Inverter

I purchased these to create a set of harnesses to quickly connect/disconnect a couple of power inverters. One end went to my car to tap into the 12V system of my EV to draw power from the main battery in outages, and another was connected to my DIY solar/battery setup in the house.
The mating ends were connected to a 2000w pure sine wave inverter, and a smaller 400 watt modified sine wave inverter (for on the go needs). Works great, they don't get warm/hot while under load.
Definitely use fuses in line and heat shrink any exposed metal to minimize the risk of a short or fire.

I needed a quick disconnect for some audio gear and this fit perfectly. Make sure you test fit the connectors before final assembly because they are a pain to remove when clicked into place. You should solder the ends as crimping did not hold for me. Overall a great solution to keep wires from just laying around.
