This is your basic flavorful dijon that's hard to fault. I love the fact that there is no citric acid added which makes many other brands too acidic. I wish it would come in a larger glass bottle with a nice wide opening. It would be so much easier to use for recipes. And you wouldn't have the mustard entrapment issue where you can't get the last once or two out of the bottle.
