nice lights, with a caveat

posted as 1,000 lumen flashlights. not so much. maybe it's a total of 1,000 lumens between the two of them. disappointed that the listing was somewhat misleading, but these are still great lights. offers W-I-D-E field of light- unlike any other flashlight i've had, yet focused down to tiny square focused light. probably somewhere around 300-400 lumens is more accurate- but still nice lights with included battteries, sleeves, charger and case. would buy again.

Excellent flashlights!!
They're even brighter than the same I purchased a year ago from another brand (I don't know if the other brand also updated the emitter LED or not)
Compared to the one that I already own (exact same construction, but different brand) the Flashlights in this pack are:
- Noticeable Brighter (a big and nice surprise to me!)
- have a little "wider end" (slightly wider light beam - Handy!) at the Zoom range (but same maximum zoom)
- slightly orange in the interior of the reflector (but light tint/color is the same: "cool white")
- the included charger output is 300mAh, while the "old" one I have is 500mAh (so the older charges faster). Although I always use another more sophisticated charger (much faster, for 4 batterues and showing data of each one). But is always good to have a spare for emergency.
All in all, this pack is GREAT at a very convenient price.

Not bright at all...bluish tint

The price is good and seemed to be a value but they are not very bright and give off a bluish hue. We returned them right away. From the reviews I thought they would be great but not nearly as bright or well constructed as our Brightex XR-700 that we purchased a year ago on Amazon. We use those daily and love them. If you have never had LED rechargeable lights then these may work for you. These photos show E-SMART on the left and Brightex on the right on a green wall and the backyard so you can see the difference.
These lights are "ok" but there are better ones out there

I had bought another LED flashlight before these came in. These arrived and I was able to compare them to the 700 lumen light I had bought previously. They claim 800 to 1000 lumen and in comparison were not even close to being as bright as the 700 lumen I had recently purchased...Also when you zoom these lights in, you can actually see the shadow of the circuit board. These lights are "ok" but there are better ones out there. I returned mine for a refund.

I love the fact that you get two flashlight in a set that comes complete with a carrying case. The best part of this set is that you can use standard batteries or the special rechargable batteries. I prefer using rechargable batteries because you don't add to add more waste to the planet and you don't have to worry about disposal like you do with regular batteries. These lights are surprising bright and lightweight. Glad I bought these lights.
