Rock hard cushions; not enough tilt to the seat at the lowest setting.

The chair is okay. If the cushions were only two inches thick, I could increase the height of the chair by that amount, which would make the tilt of the back really good.
At the lowest setting, the back tilts about six degrees. At the highest, it is about 27 degrees. Neither extreme is comfortable for me. My comfort level is achieved somewhere near the middle, but that puts the back of the seat at 24 inches high, which is much to high for the normal desk height.
The good thing about the chair is that the rock hard cushions did not kill my shins or my knees because most of my weight was borne by the seat rather than the knee cushion. It is better than the Edge in that respect, as the Edge has a seat that is way too steeply tilted at any setting, and kills the knees/shins within just a couple minutes.

I have a bad back and spend every working day of my life at my desk, in front of my computer. This chair forces me to sit with a straight back and great posture. This is my second ergonomic chair from this seller. The first one was great also, but had a minor durability issue and they made everything right.
This new version of the chair is even better because ti has thicker padding and a softer fabric.
