These pants have the best modern style and comfy fitting. I use them even when not riding my motorcycle.
Hot summers are definitely a plus as they breathe easily compared to other motorcycle pants I've tried in the past. Ensure you buy them at least 2 sizes up for proper fitting. I am an XL, ordered 3XL, and it was perfectly fitting.
The downside, they offer minimum protection, so if you fall on a motorcycle, material may tear down.
If you are looking for modern-style riding pants that offer better protection than your regular jeans at a good price, these are the #1 pants.

Waist will be loose

Great look, great fit from ankle to upper thigh.... then it gets loose. I normally wear 32 x 32 jeans, and I bought the L size of this pant. this pair of motorcycle pants fits great everywhere except waist. It's at least 2 inches bigger in the waist. I took it to a tailor after I got them, and he measured it as a 34 inch waist. But if I had gone down a size I think the legs and knees and calf would be too tight even though the waist would then fit. My advice is to follow sizing chart like you normally would for regular pants, knowing the waist will be loose, and either have them taken in with the tailor or wear a belt.
