A little tricky to sort out how to adjust but don't give up. It is completely adjustable. You can turn the handles around. Just takes a bit of force to get things loosened.

This is great for mobile journalists and vloggers. When I moved up to a larger phone with an extreme wide angle lens, I had to get this to mount a rode microphone and a light. This rig is good for stabilizing video. I needed this to replace my smooth 4 gimbal, because the smooth 4 arm shows up when you use the wide angle lens on the iPhone 11 Pro or the Xiaomi note 10.
