Very durable and easy to install. If you need to staple this material I would recommend putting a piece of duct tape over the plastic before you staple it otherwise it will rip through the plastic. So far it has stood up to the rain and wind and high heat. I seed started using this plastic and it worked perfect, my seeds all popped up and did exactly what they needed to do! So far so good, been 6 months.

So far it has held u p well and kept our plants from freezing the first winter. Used a butane tank and a burner in freezing nights and it captured the heat well enough to make it through till the sun came up and heated up during the day.
