The scanner itself is very nice.

The advertisement stated that a customization prefix could be set. The documentation only contains instruction for setting up several prefixes and then says to down load more prefix/suffixes from their site, but their sight doesn't include and such documentation. The scanner itself is very nice.
Update: Support emailed me back (within 5 hours) with steps to do a firmware update. This allowed me to program the scanner as needed. I'm upping this rating to five stars.

Cant beat the price for a Bluetooth scanner. Works as expected. Nice documentation as well. It is simple to use and depending on your needs, will be a good choice. As in any scanner, I would not drop it.
