It has a pretty good taste. It's mellow, and thankfully, doesn't taste how it smells. It smells like a locker room full of sweaty gym socks and T-shirt arm pits. Don't let the smell ruin it for you. I am on keto and this really comes in handy for making keto "corn bread". A lot more reasonably priced than some of the other brands. The last brand I bought cost over $20 and was no better. It started with an "A". Just so you know, it wasn't worth the extra expense, so don't go by the old "get what you pay for" adage. This Ooflavors is just fine. I am thinking of trying some more of their flavors. I bake and cook a variety of keto foods including special desserts, and I am extremely picky about my flavors, so I am going to be honest. I value people's time and money.

In my opinion, this is the best/closest flavor resembling regular corn bread.
I bake a lot of keto corn bread and have used "sweet corn" extracts that were disappointing. I tried to save money by purchasing cheaper alternatives and they have not come close to the authentic flavor that the OOOFlavors corn bread extract delivers, so I will not waste any more money experimenting. I only wish it was a little less expensive.
