What a nice towel holder. It looks great and is very sturdy. We have some very large beach towels and the rack holds up to the weight. I would not recommend using this rack without sand in the base. This is my only complaint with this rack. The instructions say you can use water but in my area, it would freeze in the winter and that would likely cause the base to crack so I choose sand. IT works well but you had better have lots of patience to add sand since the whole is very small to get the sand into the base. Once it is in the rack is great. Aside from that one issue this is a great towel rack and well worth the money.

I love that the poles slide and can accommodate different size towels and bathing suits, but the base is too light. I've had it filled with water and then sand and the wind still knocked it over when it had towels hanging on it. To solve the issue I placed the towel rack in an umbrella stand and now it's the perfect product.

I like the look and the color, but it's not very stable, it keeps tipping over if there's even a little wind. I filled the bottom with water. I saw a similar option for less than half the price of this one and I wanted to kick myself for not waiting...

I got the bronze towel rack and we love it. It sets near the rock wall by the spa and blends into the rock nicely. The prior towel rack that we had was white plastic and stuck out like a sore thumb. The plastic bottom does not last forever, we had ours about 9 years before the bottom plastic base rotted away. We really do like the new bronze color much better.
