LOVE this product. It fits well, heats up my water faster (because it contains everything in). The part that I love the most about this product, I don't need a bag clip anymore. I simply set in my ziplock bag, then once it's settled in, I line the top of the bag with the edges of the container and simply close the lid onto it. It keeps it secure the entire time.... fantastic!

I am completely Sold on this. The older I get the more forgetful I am. I found my steaks came out all different ways, even chicken was not cooking right. I LOVE my Sous Vide! Steaks have been perfect every time and Chicken breasts are just great! This lid fits on my Rubbermaid 12-qt food container and my Anova sous vide stick perfectly. There is only a tiny little gap at the stick opening. It will help minimizing water evaporation and retaining heat. I wish it was made with same material as the container so I can see inside without opening the lid. Overall I'm happy with it.

I bought my husband an Anova Sous Vide for Christmas, and got the Rubbermaid Commercial Space Saving Food Storage Container, 12 Quart, Clear (FG631200CLR) with this lid to go with it. The lid fits perfectly, and while I'm not sure that it's necessary it is nice to know that the water and heat are being held in the container more effectively than just letting them go out the top. I did read about using plastic wrap, towels, etc. but this is easy and reusable. At the time I bought it it also did not cost much. All a win!

The lid in fact fits the Rubbermaid container perfectly! No need to buy the sous vide balls with this lid! Easier to clean and store than the balls, in my opinion and you don't need to worry about water evaporation for longer cycles.
