It was what I expected. Good quality. But I laughed like crazy because it was shipped fully assembled in a larger box, wrapped in paper wadding for cushioning! Ha! I got two great boxes for the price of one!

Use ONLY if pet is sedated and weighs less than 5 lbs! I bought three to help move some feral cats (less than a year old and not heavy at all) to get neutered and the carriers were shredded within minutes.
