This seemed old and goopy and made my face get red bumps :(

This product has no expiration date but I suspect it is really old because it was so goopy that I could barely get any of the product to suck up into the dropper. I did use it a couple of times and my skin got little red raised bumps within hours of applying it. I did a test to see if it was this product that caused irritation so I applied it to a small part of my chest and sure enough the tiny red bumps appeared a couple hours later. I have never had a reaction to L'Oreal products before and I do think that this was somehow old and or compromised.

Difficult to blend. It also has a little too much glitter in it. It mixes well with foundation, but as a stand alone highlighter it's not very good.
