The radios work great and do exactly what we want them to do.
However, on one the volume knob came broken and did not turn on or off the radio. As well as, one of the chargers did not work.
I did contact customer service once we realized the issue and they resolved it quickly and sent a new radio to replace it. They were very helpful and prompt! (Contact thru amazon chat. The email that is listed in the box, no one responds to.)
