The arrows are a tad bigger in diameter than I expected and makes using the set a little tricky to master. But it's for kids, not me, so I eventually gave up and passed it on to my 9 year old son. He quickly broke one of the arrows within the hour of going outside with it.
I will say when we showed up to the family gathering with the other children, he struggled to keep the kids from trying to steal it from him. It was definitely a big hit, albeit a very short-lived big hit. But they did enjoy themselves for that short time!

So happy with this bow! Got it for my 5yr old for Xmas and she loves it. There is no frustration with this bow, and I was surprised at how quickly she got the hang of it. The only thing she needs help with is stringing it. Very well made, would deffinately recommend this product!

This is a great toy, although not sure how much of a beating it will take. However, the instructions are clear that you should unstring it after use and not abuse it.
It is easy to assemble and shoots shockingly far for a toy. It doesn't have the durability of a Nerf toy, but I supervise my kids using it and I think it will last them a while if they're careful with it.

He loves how far it can shoot. In fact, we adults were having fun too. We were shooting at a target, but I think it could be fun to set up some cans and try to knock them over. You really do need a lot of space for this toy, a small backyard isn't enough. My daughter is 7, and she wasn't able to pull the string all the way back. My son got it for Christmas and his comment was, "This is a perfect present!"
