I really like this bumper but am so glad I read the reviews first! Most of the reviews I saw said to be sure to keep the instructions and I was kinda skeptical thinking how hard can it be to put a bumper on a crib. I kept the instructions just in case and boy am I glad I did! It took a little bit to figure it out but now they are on, they are wonderful and definitely meet our needs. I would recommend the product but would also highly recommend holding onto the instructions!

I got this when we began transitioning our son from co-sleeping to his crib and we noticed he rolled and moved so much when he slept. It was just a matter of time that he got a leg or arm stuck. We chose this one due to rating/reviews, color option matched the nursery and price.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received as the pictures on here made me think it was narrow. This is quite wide and covers a great amount. Fabric will be easy to clean and install was super easy and fast!
I do have two complaints. First, on our son's crib there is a section in the front two corners that get left opened once crib bumper is installed. I have a noise machine stuffed animal blocking one but my son gets his arm in the other time to time. Second, I wish there were more ties so you could tie in more than one place per rail. For instance, having a low and high one so the bumper can't be pulled down.
Overall, for the price this is a great buy!

This is something that I think was worth the money to purchase because:
-It stops the sucky from being lost from the crib through the slats
-It helps stop baby arms and legs from getting pushed through the slats and making baby get stuck
-I can still change crib sheets with just a bit of added wrangling
-After you get it onto the crib you don't need to remove it for some time
-Far safer that traditional bumpers with all the benefits of a bumper
Cons:
-Less head-bump cushioning than an old-style bumper
-Fewer colours/patterns to match nursery
Verdict:
The mesh crib bumper is by far a better choice than a traditional bumper or nothing at all. What is more important than the safety of your baby? Nothing.

Getting this on the crib was a bit of a pain the first time, but it stays on well enough once attached. Our crib is a little big and has large slats, so that may have been why.
It does what it is intended to do, which is keep baby's arms and legs from hanging out of the crib, and still allows them to breathe if their face is up against it. The was the most important aspect for me when choosing something as the plush baby bumpers are no longer recommended for use due to hazards of suffocation.
It holds up well in the wash as well. We have had it for over a year now and it is still in good condition and isn't ripped or faded.
We recently stopped using it though. Our baby is 18 months old now. He is at an age he can pull up and push on things. It had where he was actually using this as a step to pull up trying to climb out of the crib. Because our crib is larger, our liner is stretched pretty taut, and doesnt have a lot of give to it, so it gave him a good 5 inch boost. This is not a fault of the liner. Just something to keep in mind if you have a large crib. But at his age, it is usually ok to remove these anyhow as they are old enough to know how to get there arm back in the crib should it slip through.

I have heard a lot of people complain that these types of bumpers are hard to install but I found this easy and straight forward. The mesh is breathable and the ties surprisingly keep it snugly in place. My baby has not been able to pull it down while he is in the crib (trust me that is saying a lot about the stability!!). We got it to keep him from sticking arms and legs out of the crib slats, but it is not cushioned so would not protect well against hard bumps and bangs.
