I love this product. I walk two pitbulls with it, combined with a retractable leash. A single point of control for me while walking two dogs is a great benefit. Sometimes they get a bit tangled, but I just have to stay aware of their positioning and sometimes fix them (they'd get tangles with two leashes, too!)

Love this leash!! Got it to manage both my chocolate lab and pit. Combined they weigh over 100 lbs, I couldn't find a leash that maintain them until the youthink double dog leash arrived.
Durable swivel clasps allow the dogs to freely move around each other. It is also convertible allowing you to remove the adjustable straps and only walk one dog. The padded underside of the leash and attachable doggy bag holder are just added bonuses.
I highly recommend this leash.

I have a 50 lb border collie and an 85 lb belgian malinois. The durable construction of the leash and padded handle can stand up to the strength of the two dogs. I was worried that the combined strength of the two dogs would make it difficult to handle both on the same leash. Turns out, the resistance of one dog against the other mitigates the pull on my arm - unless they decide to pull together against me. Fortunately, they usually want to go different directions. It's much easier to control the two of them pulling against each other than pulling both my arms in opposite directions. One drawback is when one dog moves around behind the other, the leash goes under the tail and gets caught. The middle handle is good for keeping this from happening, if you remember to lift the leash up before they switch sides. Might have been nicer if the lower section was a little longer and the upper section shorter, especially the distance between the main and secondary handle. The poop bag holder works great too.

I make all of my Amazon purchases based on reviews; however I have yet to write one and felt I had to do so with this leash. Love it!!! I have two large breed dogs; a Pit Bull and a Lab whom both love walks and have been walking together but on two separate leashes which occupies both of my hands. They have to walk side by side each other so I thought to get a dual walking leash and I am so pleased with this one; they are still able to walk side by side at the same length WITHOUT getting tangled and the attached holder for bathroom bags truly allows you to always have a free hand. The short grab handle loop further down the leash is also a great plus especially when coming upon other dogs or holding them close while you "clean up".
Makes walking 2 dogs so much easier!

I absolutely love the piece that connects the dogs together. It has been a lifesaver walking my 3 year old big baby and my 10 month old german Shepard. I'm not a fan of the leash simply because I have another double handle one I purchased here on amazon that is cushioned more than the one that comes with this set and it is longer than the one that comes with this set. I still use the leash that came with this set just not for our daily walks. Highly recommend this set as the dogs do not get tangled at all! I also love how I can attach the pouch with the waste bags to the leash so it's one less thing in my pockets or attached to me. It's big enough for a roll of the dog east bags as well as 2 grocery bags and 2 paper towels folded up in there. Huge help!
