I like the product and ordered a small which ran big...I measure 36" at stoma level. I just sewed it by hand to make it fit. It is very comfortable and I'm going to get in touch with company to see if I can get one smaller. Can't beat the price and it is very lightweight with light/med support which is good for hot days.
