I bought this watch for a Christmas to my daughter. I'm just giving it to her because she was out of town. When she turned it on,it charge for about 30 seconds and says battery charge error. What should I do? I tried taking the battery out multiple times and still not working

To bulky. But not much to choose from for any android smart watches from any company. For me this watch not only confirmed I missed my Fitbit Blaze, but literally made me change back to my IPhone. This watch was confusing to use and wasn't for me. Although It was good quality.
