The product works just fine despite how it arrived. You'll notice that I purchased 16 rolls, but half of a 36-roll wrapper was included atop my 16 rolls in the box.

While I meant to by tissue paper that's biodegradable, I didn't realize how thin or nonexistent this TP would be. I have to triple the amount of TP used and am giving up softness yo be plumbing friendly. Not sure I'll buy this again.
