I was so annoyed when I got this product number one in a clear plastic bag that it came in with the shipping label on it. Like it could have came in a package so like not everyone can see what I'm ordering.. but anyway other than that the quality is good. It just definitely needs instructions on how to put it on your dog. Super confusing, had to goggle it and find a tutorial on youtube. Took me forever to figure out how it goes.

This vest is unlike most other vests in that it is more like a handsome, expertly made special-forces uniform for my hard-working, expertly trained seizure-alert K-9! The crisp uniform look can only contribute to elicit favor from the general public as to the gravity of our service dog's special, prestigious work. This is crucial because there are people out here who think nothing of "faking" a service dog for their convenience to access-with impunity-free air travel for a dog, to bring their dog anywhere and everywhere they want. What is actually happening is people are faking our disabilities. I take great pride in my dog and how he has saved my life. Having this high-quality, highly visible vest is my way of saying he's special and that I will buy the best for my dog--he deserves it. The vest materials and heavy-duty straps are fail-proof, water-resistant. I love the security of the clip buckles! I can't believe this sold for such a discounted price because it certainly is worth more. But discount does not mean cheaply made. It just means easily availability for those disabled, like me, who operate on a limited budget. The open-faced vest top makes it easy to sew on the patch(es) of your choice. This is important because you can be as specific as possible. IT IS NO LONGER ENOUGH TO HAVE THE VEST DISPLAY A GENERIC INSIGNIA PATCH "SERVICE DOG". This only adds to the skepticism of our dog's medical alert authenticity. My opinion is that if you have a medical disability that has necessitated the assistance of trained service animal/dog/K-9, then signifying the disability not only identifies the dog's work, it also immediately alerts the public and emergency first responders as to how they can help you in the event of your emergency to which the dog has already alerted. We already have the dog which announces we're uniquely in need of assistance, so let's go for the fullest extent of disclosure for our safety and for the dignity of our dog. Such a vest does exactly that. Thanks.

I would give this vest 5 stars for quality, great reflective stitching and strips, fits accurately, and my dog likes the easy slip on and off. I knocked off one star because without a strap to go from the chest strap to the strap under the belly, the handle is useless. If you use the handle to help lift your pup into anything, the harness slides off.

It ordered a couple sizes bigger because my puppy is only 3 months old and she's growing so fast, anyways when I received this the straps adjusted right to her size! I had to do a little taping for the extra slack an the back is a little lose, but it fits around her stomach and chest perfectly and gives her PLENTY of room to grow! It is very durable and good quality, great letters and the reflection WORKS! It also matched with her collar 😉 great product! Better then the original service dog vests!!
