This is the second pair I've purchased for my mom. She loves them. Mom has a narrow foot, but she has some swelling from edema and wears them with a heavy sock, and the mocassins fit fine.

I usually wear shoes between 9-1/2 and 10 medium. But following the recommendation to size down if you're between sizes (see the product video), and knowing I usually won't be wearing socks with these slippers, I ordered size 9, and they're perfect. Right out of the box, they were a little tight, but after wearing a few times, they have loosened up and relaxed, and now they feel great.

The design/fit, construction, and materials are better than I expected at this price.

My wife loves everything about these shoes except the width! Even with the wool lining and wearing thicker socks, an 8 Medium (her size) still slip off her heels.

I've worn moccasins for years and love these because of the outer soles, and they're priced right. I'm a true size 9.5. Some buyers say they down sized to a size 9 successfully. This did not work for me, dang my long toes! Of course the size 10 is a little big, in part due to my thin feet, so my solution is adding insoles. Whether they're slightyly roomy or a half size big, I use thin or thicker inserts to get the fit i need. Since the shoe hardly has any cushioning the inserts are a added comfort. Also, they're still plenty warm for winter even when using the added insoles. These shoes do run true to size, but insoles or socks may help if yours are a bit loose. If you have average or short toes you might down size, but for longer toes, a 9 had me jamming my toes with every step. Another tip is, before you toss out your old sneakers check the condition of the insoles and save them. They may come in handy. The insole is the secret to shoe comfort and they're washable.
