Finally an Xtra-wide court shoe

I've been searching for a year for a fencing (or any other indoor court) sneaker wide enough for my feet. I've tried many Xtra Wide Shoes and all of them are too tight around the middle of the foot and toe box. This is the first shoe I've ever found that is actually wide enough for my entire foot. I don't like how high the back of the shoe is (it is a mid-top shoe and I'd prefer a low-top), but having a shoe that actually fits an adult male is phenomenal. Although labeled as wide, these shoes are beautifully XX-wide as far as I'm concerned. I feel like buying multiple pairs in case they go out of stock.

I bought these for racquetball, but with concerns because my totally flat and wide feed always mean I have fit issues with shoes. Buying without trying on is always a bad idea for me. I normally wear New Balance shoes in a 4E. These Pythons say they are 2E width, but they fit more like a 4E. Fit is not tight, it is nicely snug, and the toe box gives just the right amount of room. Construction is really nice as well. All stitching is tight, and all seams are clen. The arch support area is not totally flat, but low enough that it is super comfortable for me, and the grip on the wood courts is terrific. I am absolutely happy with these shoes, and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with wide, flat feet like mine.

I'm so excited about this court shoe, I'm going all out... using them while Coaching my next Intermediate Clinic. I need to split step, shuffle step, skip, hop, jump and all-around feet work so my swing can be right on. really feel the kenetics on this court shoe. Wish me luck.. very pleased after the some discouragement reviews.
