This product, a Type D was exactly what I needed for an upcoming trip to India. I love that it is a 3-pack which takes care of multiple loads, in my case - electric shaver, electric toothbrush and cell phone - this last with the proper cable and USB. It was delivered promptly and the price is very reasonably. Best of all, it came with a link to a very very helpful book "How Not To Fry Your Appliances In India" or something like that. I got it in .pdf format - it's an excellent guide. Bottom line, the Hero Travel Supply folks are doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

These adapters worked well for me in Goa. A lot of the hotels in Goa have built in adapters because they have such a high tourist flow throughout the year, but they don't all work, and these fixed those outlets that weren't working and fixed the outlets that didn't have built in adapters. I've also been to Dehli, Mumbai, Pushkar, and Dharmashala in the past before this last trip where most of the hotels don't have adapters and I wish I would have thought to buy these back then.

We bought the three pack before a 10 week trip to India. I used one of them every day for my work computer and the other two floated in the hotel room. They are well made and had a high quality fit on the wall outlet and for the US power plug. Our local Indian grocery sells adapters as well but they looked a lot cheaper built.

Delivered on time. It is obvious that the sellers takes extra steps to make sure their products are properly presented. I used the adapter plugs in Scotland multiple during a 12-day lecture tour including use with my laptop computer, iPhone, and in PowerPoint presentations using my Optoma W303SH projector. Not one single issue during the trip while staying in hotels and B&Bs.
