I was very hesitant to use this & am now very happy that it worked to restore my brand new pair of mini platform Ugg's in color plumb.
Worked good on my much older and much less worn pair, that are light beige. Pictured.
All I used was the eraser (step 1) & crepe brush (step 2) on my plumb and light/beige ones; too scared to use the bristle brush tbh. Lightly scrubbed the DRY spot that needed cleaning with the eraser and then used the crepe brush, brushing hard/deeply/aggressively in the direction of the fibers. *On the upper part of the boot, it should be going upwards or brushing backwards. On the front of the boot it should be going downwards/forward and on the sides it should be going horizontally and forward to the tip.* I'm assuming the debris (possibly from the eraser but maybe it is the suede) is normal because my Ugg's aren't damaged as a result of it; was alarming at first but my boots are fine.
On my chestnut/brown pair, Wew, I've had them for 10+ years & it shows. (I replaced them all together recently) BUT I did want to keep them as a comfy "kick around" pair and will try the bristle brush on it them at another time, in addition to the eraser and crepe brush. Pictured. They probably need to be physically washed but I likely won't be doing that.
When done restoring, I sprayed them with a MIST of the Ugg protector. They should be slightly damp and left untouched to air dry for 24hours. Holding the spray 8 inches from the boot. Hope this review helps!

Worked well on minor dirt but couldn't tackle some more stubborn stains. Expected it to come with some sort of cleaner or spray but it did not, this is only a dry erase/cleaning option. The eraser makes a mess but other than that, it should work well if you have something that's only slightly dirty.
